What markets do you serve?
Our core market is the Carolinas, but we regularly travel and produce content for agents across the country through our out-of-state packages.
How do I book a shoot?
Booking is done through our online portal. Once you select your services and submit property details, you’ll receive confirmation and next-step instructions from our team. Also please reach out to anyone on our team and we would love to help you book as well in case you have any questions!
How far in advance should I schedule?
We recommend booking at least 5 days in advance. Prime listing days fill quickly, especially during peak seasons.
Do you offer rush bookings?
Yes — depending on availability. Rush scheduling may include an additional fee. Please reach out for more details on rush orders!
How does pricing work?
Pricing is based on property size, services selected, and production level. We offer individual listing services, premium signature packages, and monthly content programs designed for agents focused on growth.
Do you offer monthly content packages?
Yes. Our monthly programs are designed for agents who want consistent social media growth, personal branding content, and priority scheduling.
Do you travel?
Yes. Travel outside our standard service area may include mileage or travel fees depending on distance and production needs.
What types of videos do you create?
We produce listing highlight videos, personal branding videos, creative reels, social media content, event coverage and YouTube-style long-form content.
Do you help with strategy or just filming?
Strategy is a major part of what we do. We help plan hooks, messaging, positioning, and content structure so your videos perform — not just look good.
Will you help me on camera if I’m not experienced?
Absolutely. Our team directs throughout the shoot and helps guide delivery, pacing, and natural presence on camera.
What is your turnaround time?
Typical delivery is within a few business days depending on the service. Larger or premium productions may vary slightly based on complexity.
How will I receive my media?
All files are delivered digitally through our client portal, ready for download and posting.
Will videos be optimized for social media?
Yes. Content is delivered formatted for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and more.
Do you include revisions?
Yes. Standard edits include a revision window to ensure the final product aligns with your brand and goals.
Can I request additional changes later?
Additional edits outside the included revision scope may be subject to an editing fee.
Who owns the content?
Clients receive full marketing usage rights for their business and branding. Four Horsemen Media retains the right to use content for portfolio and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.
Can my brokerage use the videos?
Yes — content can be shared across your team or brokerage marketing channels.
What should I do to prepare?
We recommend having the property clean, staged, and photo-ready prior to arrival. Our team works efficiently, so preparation helps maximize results.
How long does a shoot take?
Timing depends on property size and services selected. Most listing shoots range from 45 minutes to a few hours.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We may reschedule or adjust drone coverage depending on conditions to ensure the best possible results.
When is payment due?
No payment up front is required on booking for listing services but some packages do require 20% up front just like our out of state packages!
What is your cancellation policy?
Reschedules and cancellations should be made within the allowed notice window to avoid fees. Late cancellations may result in a booking charge.
Will this help me grow on social media?
